Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure where to begin or what to expect. I aim to offer a calm and supportive space where you can talk openly about what is going on for you and explore things at a pace that feels comfortable.

I work in a collaborative way and see therapy as something we think about together. I am interested in how life pressures, responsibilities, relationships and expectations can affect how we feel about ourselves, and I support clients in making sense of these experiences in a way that feels manageable and meaningful. I try to stay alongside clients as they explore what feels most important to them, rather than assuming there is a single right direction to take. I am currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling. Integrative counselling means I draw on different therapeutic ideas depending on what feels most helpful for each person. I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and attend regular supervision to support safe and reflective practice.
