Hello. All parts of you are welcome in this space; your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, even those that may feel confusing or difficult. My aim is to help you explore what’s happening for you, make sense of your emotions, and find ways to feel steadier and more connected with yourself. You guide the pace, and I work alongside you in a way that feels safe and supportive. I’m a trainee integrative counsellor (registered with the BACP) and am also studying a foundation diploma in therapeutic safety in trauma. I have particular interest in supporting people with anxiety and burnout, identity and life transitions, childhood experiences, trauma, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, self-care and boundaries, and work-related challenges. I place our relationship at the heart of my work, believing that change is most possible when you feel genuinely heard and accepted. I draw flexibly on different therapeutic approaches to meet your needs, focusing on what feels helpful for you as an individual. These are your sessions and I want to support you. Before training, I spent nearly twenty years in a corporate environment and have supported many colleagues as a mental health first aider. I understand the stresses and challenges of balancing work, family life, and personal wellbeing. Being in nature or crocheting for charity keeps me grounded. I look forward to hearing from you.
