From my own experience of therapy, I understand how difficult it can be to take that first step in seeking support—so if you’re here, I want to gently acknowledge the courage it takes to begin. Therapy can be an investment in yourself, and a space to pause, reflect, and be heard.
I aim to offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you. I like to work collaboratively, supporting you to make sense of your experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable. I can support people experiencing anxiety, as well as those going through life transitions, uncertainty, or change.
I bring over five years of experience working within mental health charities and continue to develop my practice through training in integrative counselling. My approach is grounded in cultural humility, recognising that we all come from different backgrounds and lived experiences which shape how we see and move through the world.
I am currently working towards a BACP-accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling and am a registered student member of the BACP.
