Stephanie Radziwillowicz

As a trainee humanistic psychotherapist, I believe everyone has an inherent capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and respectful of your autonomy, grounded in the belief that genuine human connection is central to therapeutic change. In my humanistic approach I draw from a Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred lens to work in a way that best suits you. I always aim to be congruent with my clients and hope to create a trusting alliance where you feel safe to explore what may be happening for you.

I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and fully abide by their ethical standards. This means I am committed to practicing with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism, continually reflecting on my work through supervision and ongoing professional development.

I have a Masters of Science (MSc) in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelors of Science (BSc) in Psychology. I am currently training for my Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapy under the UKCP.

Together, we can work towards greater clarity, self-acceptance and awareness, and meaningful change.
