Sara offers a thoughtful and collaborative space where adults and young people can explore their experiences, emotions and challenges at a pace that feels right for them. She places importance on building a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel able to reflect openly on what is going on for them.

Alongside this, Sara incorporates psychodynamic ideas where appropriate, helping clients to explore patterns, relationships and past experiences that may be influencing their present difficulties.
Sara has experience supporting young people and adults facing mental health difficulties, trauma, neurodiversity, bullying and challenges within education & family systems. She has experience working in specialist educational settings and community-based organisations, where safeguarding, emotional wellbeing and inclusion were central to her role.
