I am a second-year trainee in integrative psychotherapy, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I am passionate about offering therapy that is thoughtfully tailored to individual needs, recognising that each person’s experiences, challenges, and hopes are unique. Rather than taking a “one size fits all” approach, I work collaboratively to understand what feels most helpful and relevant to you. Together, we can explore what has brought you to therapy and find a way forward that feels meaningful, manageable, and aligned with your values. I understand that whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, taking this step can feel daunting. You may be feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted. I aim to listen carefully and with compassion, allowing you the time and space to share at your own pace. Within this therapeutic space, we can begin to explore and become curious about the thoughts, feelings and experiences that have shaped you. I see the therapeutic relationship as central to the work and strive to build a collaborative and trusting connection. Through developing insight into relational patterns, increasing emotional awareness and strengthening self-understanding, therapy can support meaningful change. Clients may experience benefits such as shifting unhelpful patterns, building emotional regulation skills, processing life events, and cultivating greater self-compassion and resilience.
