Rebecca Parry

Hi, I’m Becca. I aim to create a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever feels important to you at a pace that feels right for you. I work collaboratively and believe therapy is most meaningful when there is space to think, reflect, and build trust together, recognising that taking the first steps into therapy can sometimes feel difficult.

I am currently training to become a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and a certified Transactional Analyst. Alongside my training, I have experience working within the adult social care sector, supporting individuals with complex and co-occurring needs, including addiction and trauma. This work has deepened my understanding of how early experiences and environments can influence coping strategies and relational patterns.

My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis, which helps us understand patterns in thoughts, feelings, and relationships, and how these may have developed over time. I am interested in how our experiences can influence the ways we relate to ourselves and others. I aim to support you in developing greater self-awareness, helping you to better understand yourself, your relationships, and coping strategies that may no longer feel helpful.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling with patterns that may be impacting your wellbeing, I will work alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and care. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and aim to create an inclusive and respectful therapeutic environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
