Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile and the step you have taken towards doing something positive for yourself. I am a trainee therapist offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. As an integrative practitioner, my training allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring our work to suit you as an individual. I work in a person-centred way, placing your unique experiences, needs, and goals at the heart of our sessions.

I integrate psychodynamic and person-centred approaches, which means we can gently explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, while also focusing on your current feelings and strengths. I aim to hold an empathetic, caring, and relaxed space where you feel safe to be yourself, with the flexibility to adapt our work as your needs evolve.

Alongside my training, I bring over five years of professional experience working in the NHS as a mental health practitioner across psychiatric hospitals, crisis houses, and inpatient services. My work has specialised in supporting individuals with trauma, women’s mental health, and addiction, giving me a depth of understanding and a grounded, compassionate approach.

Before moving into mental health, I worked in film and theatre, and I bring that creativity and personability into my practice, helping to make our work together engaging and authentic.

I am passionate about helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build effective coping strategies, and move towards where you want to be.

I am a registered student counsellor with the BACP and am currently working towards my diploma in therapeutic counselling.
