Hello, I’m Peter.
Therapy with me offers a space to pause the noise of everyday life and take time to explore what’s going on for you, at your own pace.
I’m training in integrative therapy, which means I work flexibly and adapt to what feels most helpful for you. This might involve gently exploring your experiences in depth, thinking about how you’d like life to feel different, or focusing on practical steps towards change. Our work is collaborative, with you leading the way, and we focus on what matters most to you.
I bring honesty, curiosity, and a non-judgemental approach to our conversations. Whatever you bring is welcome. Alongside my training, I have several years’ experience volunteering with a listening charity, where I’ve supported a wide range of people and the challenges they face.
I am currently studying for a postgraduate diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. The course is accredited by the BACP, which sets professional standards for therapists in the UK. As a student member, I work within their ethical framework to help ensure you receive safe, thoughtful, and effective support.
