Hey, I’m Nadine a student member of the BACP, currently working towards my Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. My training is integrative, blending humanistic/person-centred theory with psychodynamic concepts. This integrative approach allows me to create a safe, client-led space, where each person is at the centre of their own journey. Having spent many years working within financial services, I realise how vital it is to have balance between managing stress, along with the daily pressures of life, while also nurturing our relationships. This awareness shapes my work as a counsellor, enabling me to guide clients with a steady, calm presence and to foster a more holistic, balanced therapeutic space. I understand how daunting it can be to seek therapy, but I am passionate about working collaboratively with you to reconnect with your authentic selves by exploring how current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours may be linked to past experiences. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique story. I aim to support you in gaining insight, fostering self-awareness, and navigating life’s challenges with confidence. I look forward to making a meaningful difference in your life.
