Michelle Appleton

I am a friendly, caring and attentive therapist currently in my third year of a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, while continuing my studies with a BSc (Hons) to achieve a Level 6 qualification. As a member of the BACP & NCPS, I have over 15 years of experience working in helping relationships, including, within the NHS and education, supporting people from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. Known for my kind and calming nature, I strive to create a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, valued and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect and authenticity. I work collaboratively with clients to promote self-awareness, personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
