Hi there, I’m Lydia. You might be here because something doesn’t feel quite right, or because you’re trying to make sense of something that’s been on your mind.
I’m an integrative psychotherapist in training, meaning I don’t follow a single fixed approach. Instead, I draw on different ways of working depending on what feels most helpful for you. I offer a warm, thoughtful, and judgement-free space where you can explore whatever feels difficult or confusing at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and relational, and I see therapy as something we move through together. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on for you, whether that’s anxiety, low mood, feeling overwhelmed, feeling stuck, or exploring difficult past experiences.
For me, therapy is about feeling heard and supported, and having the time and space to understand your experiences more deeply. I aim to be alongside you in whatever you bring, whether that feels big or small to you, and explore it in a way that feels manageable.
My background working closely with children and families has shaped how I listen and respond, helping me stay present and build trust over time. I’m completing an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regent’s University and am a student member of the BACP
