Luiza Pepaj

Luiza is a trainee psychotherapist currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Psychotherapy. She is registered and accredited by UKCP and UPCA. Luiza offers a calm, compassionate and caring presence, creating a safe, warm and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.

As an integrative trainee psychotherapist, Luiza draws on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet the individual where they are, recognising that therapy is not a one-size-fit-all process. She tailors her work to suit each client’s unique needs, personality and life experiences, supporting them in developing greater self-awareness, resilience and emotional wellbeing. Her work is informed by person-centred therapy, which is non-directive and led by the client, as well as psychodynamic approaches that explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may influence present thoughts, emotions and behaviours. She may also incorporate elements of cognitive and relational approaches. Luiza is deeply passionate about mental health and believes that a sense of happiness, fulfillment and authenticity is within everyone’s reach.

Luiza brings a diverse professional background to her practice, with over three years of experience in education, including work with students with special educational needs, which has strengthened her patience, empathy and ability to adapt to individual needs. She also has more than five years experience in healthcare, giving her a strong understanding of the emotional impact of health challenges and the ability to support clients through stress and complex life situations with sensitivity.

Luiza is committed to helping clients develop healthier ways of managing their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and to build more balanced and meaningful relationships.
