Hello, I’m Lauren, a trainee integrative therapist and a member of the NCPS. I have a particular interest in person-centred, Gestalt, and CBT approaches. Being integrative means I tailor my work to you — to what you bring and what feels right for your individual needs. I offer a warm, empathetic, and supportive space where you can feel safe to explore whatever feels important. I may occasionally introduce tools to help ground you or support your self-care, but always in a way that feels comfortable and appropriate for you.

Taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting — I understand this personally, having been there myself. That’s why I encourage clients to move at a pace that feels comfortable and right for them. Therapy is your journey, and I am here to walk alongside you with care and understanding.

I often think of therapy as similar to sorting through a pile of washing — together, we gently take things piece by piece, exploring what matters most, making sense of experiences, joining the dots… and sometimes even pairing a few socks along the way.

While I have a particular interest in supporting clients with anxiety, confidence challenges, relationship difficulties, and workplace stress, I welcome conversations around a wide range of experiences and concerns.
