Hi, I’m Jasneet. I’m a third-year trainee on the Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy. I offer therapy for adults seeking support with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of psychological models such as person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and creative therapy to tailor our work together in a way that best fits you and your needs. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I aim to provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where you feel safe enough to explore what’s going on for you, reflect on your experiences, and begin to make meaningful change. I have experience working with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and stress. I also have a strong interest in how our early life experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and others, and I support clients in building self-awareness and emotional resilience. Alongside my doctoral training, I’ve worked in community counselling services and charitable mental health organisations, offering both short- and long-term therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds. My practice is inclusive and trauma-informed, and I welcome clients from all walks of life. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also a courageous and empowering step. If you’re considering working with me, I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have about how I work or what to expect.
