Jane Accredited member with the BACP, is a Registered Member of the BACP and the Complex Trauma Institute (UK).She has a Masters’ degree in Psychotherapy and was trained as a Supervisor by Profs. Sue Wheeler & Delia Cushway in Leicester. Jane has worked as an Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor for the past two decades in a range of organisations including local charities, NHS, MIND, residential children’s homes and schools. For a decade she took counsellors through professional training to Level 6 and now supervises those still in training and in placement settings as well as qualified individuals in private practice. She has supervised at Choose Therapy since 2021. Her expertise includes specialist trauma informed practice working with domestic abuse and survivors of childhood abuse. She is also passionate about using a creative approach and providing effective neurodivergence-affirming therapy. Jane is currently studying to be an Outdoor Therapist and Group Facilitator in Mindfulness-Based Ecotherapy.
