Jade Morgan

Hello, my name is Jade and I am a BACP registered member and a trainee integrative counsellor, grounded in person-centred principles.

My approach is warm, attuned, and curious. I offer a space where you can begin to make sense of what’s going on for you, especially if things feel unclear, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words.

Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, I work alongside you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable. We can gently untangle what’s going on internally, helping you gain a clearer understanding of yourself, your needs, and what matters to you.

I pay attention not only to what is spoken, but also to what may feel harder to express. I may reflect patterns or underlying feelings so we can explore them together and understand what they might mean for you.

I also hold an awareness of how emotions can be experienced physically, and may invite you to notice how things feel in your body, if this feels helpful.

I believe that each person holds an innate capacity to understand themselves and move forward in ways that feel right for them. Sometimes this can feel buried under past experiences, difficult emotions or patterns that no longer serve you. We can explore what feels important for you, whether that’s what’s happening in the present or, if you want to, experiences from the past.

I work with grief, inner conflict, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity-related difficulties, difficult emotions, unhelpful coping strategies, feeling stuck, and struggles with confidence or self-esteem.

Come as you are. This is your space to feel heard, understood and acknowledged.
