Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially if you’re used to coping on your own or aren’t sure where to start. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or low, or trying to make sense of patterns in your life. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to find a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I aim to offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore whatever is on your mind at your own pace. Together, we can gently explore what’s going on for you, helping you build a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels safe.

I am currently training for a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I also have a background in psychology and experience supporting people within the mental health field, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I work in an integrative way to suit you as an individual, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, and Gestalt approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to you, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. My hope is that through our work together, you can begin to feel more understood, make sense of your experiences and move towards meaningful change in a way that feels right for you.
