Holly provides a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their feelings and experiences safely. As an integrative psychotherapist, she draws on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of each client. Her practice is grounded in person-centred values, creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard empowered to make sense of their experiences. Holly also incorporates psychodynamic thinking, recognising how past experiences and relationships can influence present emotions and patterns.
Before training as a psychotherapist, Holly spent over eight years working within the charity sector, supporting organisations including Dementia Carers Count, Refuge and Teenage Cancer Trust. Most recently, she provided emotional support to carers through the Dementia Carers Count Support Line, developing experience of working with individuals experiencing grief, stress and anxiety and the emotional impact of caring responsibilities.
Holly believes that therapy should be an accessible space where clients can develop greater self-awareness, understand unhelpful patterns and build resilience at a pace that feels right for them.
Holly is a trainee psychotherapist completing an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling at Regent’s University London and is a registered student member of the BACP.
