I’m a trainee Psychotherapist and Counsellor, and at the heart of my work is a person‑centred approach. I believe we can all grow, heal, and move toward a more fulfilling life — sometimes we just need the right space to explore what’s happening inside us. My aim is to offer a warm, non‑judgemental environment where you can talk openly and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Although person‑centred therapy is my foundation, I also draw from Solution‑Focused Therapy, ACT, DBT, Gestalt, and CBT when it feels supportive. This might look like using mindfulness, breathwork, or movement, exploring patterns in your thoughts or behaviours, or looking ahead to the values and goals that matter to you.
I’m also influenced by psychodynamic ideas, especially the belief that our early experiences and unconscious processes can shape the choices we make today. Many people come to therapy wondering why they repeat certain patterns in relationships or life — together, we can explore where these patterns may have begun and how they show up now.
My intention is to offer a person‑centred space, enriched by different therapeutic approaches, to support you in the way that feels most helpful.
