I believe that being met is more important than being fixed. What I
offer is a space where you can be honest about what’s going on,
without rushing to make it better. I’m comfortable asking the
uncomfortable questions, but always in a way that feels supported.

What matters most to me is understanding what your experience is
actually like for you. I work with adults and I’m open to whatever you
want to bring. I have particular experience supporting people through
loss, grief and life transitions, and I’ve volunteered with
individuals affected by suicide bereavement. I also offer low-cost
counselling to women at a Women’s Centre.

I’m a trainee psychotherapist completing an MA in Psychotherapy and
Counselling at Regent’s University London, training in integrative
approaches. I hold additional qualifications in Coaching, NLP and
Transactional Analysis.
