When life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming, it can help to have a calm, reflective space to pause and make sense of what’s happening. My approach is relational and integrative, meaning the connection we build together is central to the work, and I draw from a range of therapeutic ideas to meet your individual needs.
I work with warmth, steadiness, and gentle challenge, offering perspective and insight as we explore what lies beneath the surface and begin to make sense of your experiences.
With a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, I’m also interested in existential thinking, an approach that supports you to find steadiness, meaning, and self-compassion, even when life feels uncertain or painful.I’m a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), both respected professional bodies that uphold high standards of training, ethical practice, and client care. I’m working towards UKCP and BACP accreditation and currently completing a Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
You are at the centre of the work, it’s your space to bring whatever feels important. My role is to listen deeply, to support you and stay alongside you as you move towards greater understanding and ease within yourself.
