Sometimes we need a space where we don’t have to hold everything together, when life doesn’t go the way we hoped it would.

You may find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next. You may be struggling with relationships, coping with a loss, facing a difficult life change, or carrying worries that feel hard to share with others. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

Hello, I’m Catherine, a counsellor in training. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for you, helping you make sense of what is happening and what you need.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different counselling theories to support each person as an individual. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I will work alongside you to find what feels most helpful.

Before training as a counsellor, I spent many years working in professional environments and understand the pressures that can come from balancing work, relationships, responsibilitiesand expectations. This awareness has helped shape my work as a counsellor, enabling me to support you in making sense of your experiences.

I am currently completing a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a student member of the BACP, working within its Ethical Framework and supported by regular supervision.
