Seeking therapy can be a courageous step. Choosing to explore what may be difficult, confusing, or painful in your life is also an important act of care for yourself. Therapy can sometimes feel challenging, but it can also be a space for reflection, understanding, and growth. I aim to offer a warm and supportive environment where you can speak openly and explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

As a trainee psychotherapist working from an integrative perspective, I draw on a range of therapeutic ideas to respond to each person’s individual needs. My work is influenced by person-centred and relational approaches, with an interest in how our past and present relationships shape the ways we experience ourselves and others. Therapy offers a space where these patterns can be explored and reflected upon, supporting greater self awareness and the possibility for change.

I am currently completing my psychotherapy training and working towards qualification as a psychotherapist. I am a student member of the BACP and work per their ethical framework. My work is also supported by regular clinical supervision as part of my training.

Alongside my psychotherapy training, I have a background in meditation and sound-based wellbeing practices. This has led to a particular interest in the connection between mind, body and emotional wellbeing. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and personal growth.

My aim is to create a compassionate, collaborative, and safe therapeutic space where you feel able to explore your experiences and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
