I’m here to offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can take time to be heard, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on for you.
I am a trainee counsellor offering online sessions, currently training towards a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My approach is person-centred, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. Rather than giving advice, I work alongside you — listening carefully, reflecting, and gently exploring your thoughts and feelings at your pace. I aim to create a space that feels truly yours.
I am calm, empathetic and reflective, and comfortable with both conversation and silence. Clients often describe me as warm, kind and easy to talk to. I bring a gentle presence alongside a grounded understanding of life’s challenges.
Alongside my counselling training, I have spent over 15 years working as a documentary producer and director, building trust, listening deeply, and working with people through difficult experiences — all of which continue to shape how I work as a therapist.
I am particularly drawn to supporting people with anxiety, relationship difficulties and work-related stress.
As well as my professional work, I am a mother of two, which gives me a personal understanding of the demands and emotional complexity of family life.
