Hello, I’m Agnieszka, a trainee integrative therapist.

Taking the first step into therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown, and that can be frightening. I know this because I have been there myself. I remember what it felt like to be a client for the first time. I was nervous, unsure of what to expect, and wondered whether I would be able to open up. That experience showed me how important it is to feel safe, accepted and truly heard, and it continues to shape the way I work today.

I want to offer you a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and where we work at your own pace. Therapy is a collaborative process, and you will always be at the heart of our work together. Together, we will explore what has brought you to counselling and work towards the goals that are important to you.

Being an integrative therapist simply means I draw on three different therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs: Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Together, these approaches allow me to tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful for you.

I have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing loss and grief, anxiety, navigating life changes and transitions, and exploring how childhood experiences can shape our present.

Once you take that first step, I will be alongside you as we explore challenges, understand patterns and work towards meaningful change.
