I am a Doctoral student working towards a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy.
I have a special interest in supporting you through life’s more challenging and transformative moments. My work is rooted in existential therapy, which means I focus on helping you make sense of your experiences, values, and choices in a way that feels meaningful to you.
I’m especially passionate about working with clients navigating life transitions—whether that’s the emotional and physical changes of fertility treatment, midlife, peri and menopause, divorce, empty nesting or the various other shifts that come with different stages of life. These can be times of uncertainty, but also growth, and I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered.
I also have experience working with people facing addiction and suicidal ideation, and I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to every session. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy can be a powerful step toward feeling more grounded, connected, and hopeful. I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.
I am a graduate member with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (UPCA). I can offer sessions in English and Swedish.
