Oscar Lamont

Oscar offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can talk openly about what is happening in their lives and explore difficult thoughts, feelings and patterns at their own pace. He places a lot of importance on being real and present, listening deeply, and building a relationship in which clients feel safe enough to say things they may not feel able to say elsewhere.
He has a particular interest in addiction and recovery, trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, grief, difficult family relationships, loneliness, and major life changes. But he is keen to work with a wide range of clients and issues, and approaches each person as an individual rather than making assumptions about what they need.
Alongside his psychotherapy training, Oscar is a certified coach and has several hundred hours of experience providing structured one-to-one support through coaching and recovery sponsorship, as well as substantial experience facilitating groups. His own experience of therapy and recovery has shaped his interest in how people change, heal and build more meaningful lives.
Before retraining in psychotherapy, Oscar spent more than ten years working across operations, investor relations, law and communications in the UK and abroad. He has lived and worked in Brazil, the US, Mexico and Spain, and speaks fluent English and Portuguese as well as conversational Spanish.
Oscar is currently completing a Master’s program in Psychotherapy at Regent’s University London. His training is integrative and draws on person-centered, psychoanalytic, Gestalt and experiential approaches. He is a student member of the BACP.
Sally Megee

I am a warm, empathic Humanistic Counsellor who believes that being genuinely heard and accepted can create the conditions for meaningful growth and change. I aim to offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
My background is in music, the arts, and education, which has given me a creative and flexible approach to working with people. Through my work supporting children, young people, and families, particularly those with special educational needs and those living in underprivileged communities, I have developed a strong commitment to equality, inclusion, and social justice. These experiences have deepened my appreciation of the unique challenges people face and the importance of feeling understood and valued.
I have a particular interest in autism and ADHD and am passionate about creating an affirming space where difference is recognised and respected. My approach is influenced by phenomenology, which encourages us to pay attention to our lived experience, including the messages and emotions held within the body. I am also drawn to existential ideas, supporting exploration of identity, meaning, relationships, and what it means to live authentically.
I am currently completing my counselling training and am a student member of the BACP.
John Linton

I’m John, a UKCP trainee psychotherapist currently completing an advanced diploma in counselling and psychotherapy. I offer a friendly, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.
I work with adults facing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship challenges, low confidence and a sense of disconnection from self. I have a particular interest in grief, trauma and ADHD.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a specialism in the transpersonal perspective. In practice this means I don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ model of therapy. Instead, I work flexibly by drawing on different ways of understanding to support you as a whole person.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, whether you have had therapy before or if this is your first experience. I offer a warm and compassionate space where you can feel genuinely heard and supported. I believe the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful space to work to better understand your experience and find a way forward.
I’m passionate in supporting people to gain a greater understanding of themselves, make sense of their experiences, and find meaningful and lasting change.
