Jamie Lord

Jamie Lord

I am MBACP Accredited and NCPS Accredited

I am a dedicated counsellor, clinical supervisor, and counselling tutor with extensive experience supporting a diverse range of clients and supervisees. My practice is deeply rooted in the Person-Centred Approach, prioritising empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard to create a safe, growth-oriented space.
As my career has evolved, I have embraced an Integrative perspective, weaving in various therapeutic tools to meet the unique needs of those I work with. In my supervision practice, I primarily utilise the Seven-Eyed Model. This framework allows us to explore the complexities of the therapeutic process from multiple angles—focusing not just on the client’s internal world, but also on the relational dynamics, the supervisor-supervisee relationship, and the wider systemic context.

Whether in the therapy room or the classroom, my goal is to develop reflective practice and ethical excellence. I am passionate about helping practitioners develop their professional identity, ensuring they feel supported, challenged, and empowered to provide the best possible care for their clients.

Jessica Egan

Jessica Egan

Hi, I’m Jess, a BACP accredited integrative psychotherapist (level 7) and clinical supervisor with 9 years of experience working with clients in settings such as charities, youth services, schools, colleges, Universities, domestic abuse services and private practice. My core training is in the person-centred approach, CBT and attachment theory, but I’ve broadened my practice over the years to integrate other modalities. I’ve also managed and coordinated services and really enjoy working with trainees on placement. I understand that this can be such a transformative yet often challenging time, and my approach to supervision centres around safety, authenticity and collaboration. My aim is to facilitate a space where it feels ok to show up exactly as you are, explore your work and personal process without shame and feel empowered and more autonomous in your practice. I work relationally, with an awareness of power and identity, and informed by the IDM and seven-eyed model. I supervise therapists in private practice and within organisations, as well providing reflective practice sessions to non-clinical staff.

Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor
MSc, MBACP, UKCP (full registered member)

I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. I provide a reflective and supportive space, which models good practice, with primary focus on boundaries and ethics.

My supervision practice utilises the seven-eye model (Hawkins & Shohet, 1985) which considers the interplay of relationships and contexts to understand what is occurring in the therapeutic process.

I have many years’ experience in private practice, supervising groups and individuals, and I work with trainees on a broad range of programmes and modalities. I am also an associate lecturer within the counselling and psychology department at the Open University.

Andrea Barlow

I hold a Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision (CPCAB), and my supervisory approach is founded on the seven-eyed model (Hawkins and Shohet, 2012). This means I support supervisees in considering their possible blind spots and focus on various relational dynamics including the client’s experience, the relationship between counsellor and client, and the inter-relational experience between us as supervisor/supervisee, as well as the wider context considering environmental factors such as social constructs, culture, difference and diversity. I am sensitive to stages of development, meeting needs in terms of experience and competence, and supporting with particular client groups or themes. I supervise counsellors and psychotherapists from a wide range of training backgrounds face to face, or online. In addition to my Level 6 qualification, I hold a master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Cambridge and have many years’ experience supervising child/play therapists, drama therapists, art therapists, existential, psychodynamic, humanistic, integrative, and CBT clinicians trained in both CYP and adult work. In addition to private practice, I am a clinical supervisor for a national charity. I have experience running clinical skills workshops/training and supporting therapists who are training to be supervisors. As a registered member of the BACP I adhere to the organisation’s ethical framework.

Lora Finch

Lora Finch

Hello, I’m Lora. I am an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and clinical supervisor working across private and third sector settings. I offer individual and group supervision to trainee and experienced counsellors, as well as frontline staff. My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and supportive, creating a space where you can think openly about your work, explore challenges, and develop a confident, grounded therapeutic voice.
My therapeutic practice is relational, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I aim to create emotionally safe, thoughtful spaces where complexity can be explored with care, and I bring this same ethos into my supervision work. I hold in mind how trauma, context, power, and systemic pressures can shape both client experiences and the therapeutic relationship.
Before training as a counsellor, I spent over eight years in Human Resources, where I contributed to equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives and wellbeing programmes. This background continues to shape my clinical perspective, especially in understanding organisational dynamics and the contexts in which distress can arise.
In my counselling work I have experience providing single-session, short-term and open ended support across charities, low-cost services, and private practice, and value building trusting relationships that support reflection, curiosity, and growth.

Francesca Robson

Francesca Robson

I am a qualified supervisor and person-centred counsellor with 11 years of experience in therapeutic practice across charities, colleges, private practice, and the NHS. I offer supervision in a collaborative, supportive, and reflective manner, creating a safe space where supervisees can explore their client work, professional development, and ethical practice with openness and confidence.

My supervision approach is informed by the Seven-Eyed Model, which facilitates a thoughtful exploration of the therapeutic relationship, the practitioner’s internal process, and the wider context of the work. I have experience providing both one-to-one and group supervision, and I am also trained in online and telephone supervision, allowing me to work flexibly with different needs and modes of working.

I aim to establish a supervisory relationship that feels warm, respectful, and professionally supportive, where supervisees feel encouraged, supported, and appropriately challenged in their development.

I am a highly experienced Creative Arts Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and educator with over 25 years’ experience working within local authority, NHS-contracted, and educational settings. My career demonstrates a sustained commitment to high-quality supervision, professional training, and the development of competent, reflective, and ethically grounded practitioners.
Alongside this role, I bring extensive experience as a Placement Manager for trainees from Roehampton University and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama over a period of 15 years through my long-term employment with the London Borough of Sutton, where I worked for 20 years as a Creative Arts Therapist within Adult Social Services.
In my private practice I have a wide range of clients with many different issues; and as a Clinical Supervisor I work with the seven-eyed model of supervision (by Peter Hawkins and Robin Shoet). I have a special interest in working with ‘difference’, inequality and trans-cultural issues. I work with matters of identity as well as questions around visible and non-visible differences; using identity methods (Ulrike Meyer Cologne University of Applied Sciences) of exploring our own view of the world, and what we bring to our work, as therapists and supervisors.

I have been qualified and worked as a counsellor since 2002 and as a qualified Clinical Supervisor since 2011. I worked at Black Country Women’s Aid (BCWA) for 20 years (2004 – 2024) as Therapeutic Lead but also undertook other roles to include that of Service Manager for the Domestic Abuse Service, The Sexual Violence and Abuse Service and Lead Trainer. I now have my own private practice, to include counselling, clinical supervision and training. I take an Integrative approach to my counselling work, underpinned by a Person-Centred approach, but have a solid understanding of the other main modalities to include Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis and CBT. My supervision qualification was that of the Cyclical Model (Page and Wosket) but over time my practice has evolved to take a more relational approach (Shoet). As Therapeutic Lead at BCWA I was responsible for recruiting, training, supporting, and supervising the counselling placements. I have always found supporting students through their learning , development and the transition from classroom to therapy room very rewarding.
