Oscar Lamont

Oscar offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can talk openly about what is happening in their lives and explore difficult thoughts, feelings and patterns at their own pace. He places a lot of importance on being real and present, listening deeply, and building a relationship in which clients feel safe enough to say things they may not feel able to say elsewhere.
He has a particular interest in addiction and recovery, trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, grief, difficult family relationships, loneliness, and major life changes. But he is keen to work with a wide range of clients and issues, and approaches each person as an individual rather than making assumptions about what they need.
Alongside his psychotherapy training, Oscar is a certified coach and has several hundred hours of experience providing structured one-to-one support through coaching and recovery sponsorship, as well as substantial experience facilitating groups. His own experience of therapy and recovery has shaped his interest in how people change, heal and build more meaningful lives.
Before retraining in psychotherapy, Oscar spent more than ten years working across operations, investor relations, law and communications in the UK and abroad. He has lived and worked in Brazil, the US, Mexico and Spain, and speaks fluent English and Portuguese as well as conversational Spanish.
Oscar is currently completing a Master’s program in Psychotherapy at Regent’s University London. His training is integrative and draws on person-centered, psychoanalytic, Gestalt and experiential approaches. He is a student member of the BACP.

Barbara Feliciani

Barbara seeks to create a warm and collaborative space where clients can explore
challenges, recognise their strengths and resources, and develop a deeper understanding of
themselves and their relationships with others.
She is an Integra1ve Psychotherapy trainee at Metanoia Institute, a student member of
UKCP, and is currently working towards professional accredita1on on the UKCP pathway.
Her approach combines a relational humanistic perspective with a psychodynamic
awareness of how past experiences can shape present difficulties. She also works in
experiential and crea1ve ways where helpful, supporting clients to connect with their
thoughts, emo1ons and bodily experience in the present moment.
Barbara is familiar with the challenges that can arise around life transitions, self-esteem,
relationships, identity, trauma, and the ways people adapt to emotional difficulties. Through
several years of involvement in peer-supported recovery communities, she has developed an
understanding of addiction, eating difficulties, and other coping strategies that people may
use when struggling emotionally.
Before training as a psychotherapist, Barbara worked across both crea1ve and organisational
environments. This gave her insight into the different pressures people can experience in
their personal and professional lives, as well as an appreciation of the many different ways
people think and relate to the world around them.
Barbara offers sessions in English, Italian and Portuguese.

After years of navigating significant change across borders and cultures, I’ve learned that resilience isn’t about never struggling, it’s about finding your own balance. That understanding sits at the heart of how I work, where the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a safe vehicle for insight and change. I believe safety is felt, moment by moment, in the quality of the relationship between us, and creating that, especially early on, is something I take seriously.
I work from an Integrative model, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and existential approaches, and I bring a coaching background that supports a more solution-focused strand when that’s what is needed. Rather than applying a fixed method, I tailor my practice to you, your story, your personality, and what feels most useful. I also pay attention to what the body holds, and may gently invite that awareness into our work when it feels right.
My interests include anxiety, depression, burnout, work-life conflict, generational trauma and significant life transitions. My own mixed heritage and multicultural background, combined with a career in technical leadership in the energy sector bring a diverse perspective to the counselling room and a lived understanding of high-pressure environments and the cost of putting oneself last. Clinical experience within NHS Talking Therapies adds further insight into how stress, change and loss show up in people’s lives.
I’m working towards a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (BACP accredited), hold additional certification in Mental Health and Wellbeing, and am a BACP student member. I offer sessions in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
