Aoife Chew

I’m an integrative counsellor in the final year of my Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I’m registered with the BACP and have over 80 hours of clinical experience as a Level 3 trainee counsellor with NHS Talking Therapies.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported to explore what’s happening for you. My integrative training draws on Person-Centred, Gestalt and Psychodynamic approaches, allowing me to adapt my way of working to your individual needs and experiences.
Alongside my counselling training, I have a Master’s degree in Psychology, where my research explored the mind-body connection. I also teach yoga and I’m interested in how our emotional, psychological and physical experiences can influence one another, while recognising that everyone’s experience is unique.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked internationally as a qualitative researcher, exploring people’s experiences, behaviours and motivations. This has developed my curiosity about what shapes us and an ability to listen deeply to different perspectives.
I see my role as supporting you to develop greater self-understanding, build on your own strengths and feel empowered to find a way forward that feels right for you.
Francesca Lupu

Hi, I am Francesca, and I am a trainee psychotherapist working towards becoming accredited. Starting therapy can feel both scary and exciting, as I remember feeling the same way. For me, therapy became a safe space to explore and understand myself, and I aim to offer that same space for my clients. Our journey together can shift and focus on whatever matters most to you, but above all, therapy is a place to allow yourself to feel.
I am currently in my second year of a MSc in Therapeutic Counselling, and I am a BACP registered member. My approach is integrative humanistic, combining person-centred and psychodynamic methods, among others. This allows me to explore both present experiences and past influences to understand feelings and behaviour patterns. I aim for sessions to feel authentic, real conversations between two people.
For me the relationship between client and therapist is the centre of the work, crucial for us to build trust. I understand how feeling vulnerable can become frightening, so I value the notion of being equals in this professional relationship. My experience in mental health over the past years allowed me to work with a variety of clients, addressing topics such as addiction, family dynamics, anxiety, loneliness, trauma, relational trauma and stress.
As an immigrant, I’ve come to understand how challenging major life transitions can be. This perspective deeply influences my work and allows me to connect with those experiencing change or feeling out of place. I offer sessions in English and Romanian, and I embrace the uniqueness of every person’s journey.
Georgina Fiddian

You may be looking for therapy because you feel stuck, overwhelmed or in need of a
safe place to process what you are going through. I’m Georgie and my approach is
rooted in meeting you as you are, rather than focusing on fixing. I offer a
compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can be completely yourself as we
explore what is going on for you.
While struggle is a part of being human, I believe it is possible to reconnect with your
natural sense of wellbeing. My approach weaves together modern therapeutic
insights with mindfulness-based practices, paying attention to your whole
experience including thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations and relational dynamics.
By slowing down and tuning in to the mind and body, we can gently explore past
experiences, notice recurring patterns and reconnect with your inner wisdom at a
pace that feels right for you. My aim is for you to feel genuinely seen, heard and
accepted in whatever you choose to bring.
I am in the later stages of UKCP-accredited training in Mindfulness-Based Core
Process Psychotherapy at the Karuna Institute, bringing with me over 15 years of
experience in social work and psychological wellbeing. Drawing inspiration from
nature, I bring a grounded presence to my work, providing a respectful, neuro-
affirming environment where all of you is welcome.
Sara Ingarfield

Hello, my name is Sara. I’m a counsellor who believes that therapy should be as unique as the person sitting in front of me. That’s why I take an integrative approach, combining both person-centred and psychodynamic methods to support you in the way that feels most meaningful.
In our sessions, I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself. With a person-centred approach, the focus is entirely on you—your feelings, experiences, and goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life, empowering you to find clarity and confidence at your own pace.
At the same time, the psychodynamic side of my work invites us to gently uncover how past experiences or patterns might be shaping your present. By understanding these deeper influences, we can create lasting change and help you move forward in a way that feels authentic and freeing.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a space to process, I’m here to walk alongside you. If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect and help you take that next step.
Ester Caddy

Hi, I’m Ester and I’m in my last year of my MSc in Therapeutic Counselling, training to become an integrative psychotherapist. This means that I draw from different therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, humanistic/person-centred and CBT. I will work with you in a collaborative, warm and approachable way, aiming to find an approach that works best for you and your individual situation in the most flexible and open-minded way. Together we can explore your present difficulties, past experiences, recurring patterns, thoughts, feelings and behaviours, or anything else that you would like to understand, have support with or change. I’m curious about all parts of you, even the ones that might be hard to share. Whatever you bring will be received with non-judgemental interest and a genuine, empathic wish to understand your individual, subjective experience and inner world.
I find it important to approach our work together seriously and ethically, but there can also be room for laughter. Sometimes approaching something lightly, playfully or creatively can help us reach deeper, unconscious material and experiences that are difficult to put into words.
I have experience working with people of different ages, backgrounds and personalities on challenges including anxiety, depression and low mood, anger, grief and loss, low self-esteem, body-image difficulties, experiences of trauma or abuse, relationship difficulties, loneliness and identity or existential struggles.
I am a student member of the BACP and work within its Ethical Framework. I’m originally from the Netherlands and a native Dutch speaker; sessions are available in both English and Dutch.
Melodie Guilhem

Taking the step to reach out for support can feel daunting. Whether you are feeling stuck, working through anxiety or shame, or simply looking for a safe environment to understand yourself better, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I offer a compassionate, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down and process your experiences at your own pace. As an integrative and relationally focused counsellor, I view therapy as a collaborative, reflective process, led by you. Rooted in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive values, I focus on building a trusting relationship, suited to your needs and respectful of your unique lived experience, where you can feel accepted, build resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self.
We can explore whatever feels most relevant to you, whether that means making sense of past patterns, navigating current challenges, or simply finding room to breathe.
My operational background gives me a profound understanding of workplace burnout, boundary challenges, and the coping mechanisms we build to survive. Additionally, my extensive experience as a crisis helpline volunteer, supporting individuals through relationship issues, life transitions, complex trauma, and contact with the criminal justice system, has deepened my ability to offer a calm, attuned, and reassuring presence in moments of deep distress.
I am a registered student counsellor with the BACP, working towards a diploma in Integrative Counselling and I offer sessions in both English and French.
I am looking forward to meeting you and seeing if working together feels like the right fit for you.
Katherine Griffin

Hi, I’m Kate.
Pleased to meet you.
Life isn’t one size fits all. I’m of the belief that counselling should be a collaborative process that supports you through more difficult stages of life and helps you develop your own clearer outlook and coping skills for the future.
I like to bring warmth, humour and curiosity with me wherever I go. I’m LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse friendly, not to anyone’s exclusion.
I’m a trainee counsellor learning an integrative approach at level 4, and a student member of the BACP. That is to say, I aim to support our conversations with different areas of psychological theory best suited to your needs.
My studies so far have shown me a Person-Centred approach and various Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques. This means you decide both the topic of conversation and the pace, with gentle nudging from me. As and when appropriate, CBT techniques can be additional tools to help you get to where you want to go.
My background is in massage therapy, and I have long been lending an ear to my clients before taking up formal counselling training.
In my spare time I’m gradually reading up on how we hold physical and mental stress in our bodies. This is with a view to understand why we hold on to things that no longer serve us, be it an old injury or a way of thinking that is holding us back.
I look forward to working with you.
Kare Khoo

Do you ever feel like you know yourself well? Perhaps you can name what’s going on, even explain it, and yet certain patterns keep repeating anyway? Therapy can be a space to explore where these patterns first took root, and how they continue to shape your life now.
My name is Kare (pronounced “Care”, she/her), and it’s not lost on me how well that fits the space I hope to offer. I’m a psychodynamic counsellor in training, completing my Masters in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths, University of London, having first trained in the person-centred approach. I’m a registered student member of the BACP.
Therapy doesn’t provide shortcuts. What I can offer is curiosity and consistent support in thinking alongside you. Each step we take together is to help you find the narrative that feels true to you, rather than one you’ve inherited. How far we go, and how fast, is always your choice.
I’m especially committed to supporting those who often feel marginalised or overlooked, whether that’s rooted in race, culture, gender, identity, neurodivergence, class, or past trauma.
My approach is warm, while also making space to challenge. At the heart of how I work is a commitment to meet you with compassion, acceptance, and sincerity. I believe the quality of the relationship is key to successful therapy. If you’d like to see whether we might work well together, I’d love to hear from you. I offer sessions in English and Thai.
Katherine Malugin

Sometimes life changes in ways we never expected.
Whether you are facing grief, anxiety, depression, the emotional impact of illness, relationship difficulties, stress, burnout or another significant life challenge, therapy can offer an opportunity to make sense of your experiences, better understand yourself, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I offer a space where you can explore what you are experiencing and what matters most to you. My approach is integrative and informed by existential psychology, recognising that emotional difficulties can affect not only how we feel, but also our identity, relationships, choices and sense of direction. Together, we can strengthen resilience, deepen self-understanding, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I have a particular interest in supporting people through significant life changes and unexpected challenges, helping them strengthen resilience, make sense of difficult experiences and move forward with hope. My clinical experience includes working with Cruse Bereavement Support, Rethink Mental Illness, and the Stroke Association, where I supported stroke survivors and their families.
I am a Doctoral Trainee in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy (DCPsych), a UKCP Student Member, a BACP Student Member, and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Sessions are available in English and Russian.
Sabine Lanvin

Sabine believes that therapy begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood and accepted. She aims to build relationships with her clients that allow them to explore whatever has brought them to therapy, at a pace that feels right for them. She provides a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental environment where clients feel safe to reflect on their thoughts, feelings and experiences.
As an integrative trainee psychotherapist, Sabine draws primarily on person-centred principles while also being informed by other humanistic and existential approaches. She recognises that our past experiences and the relationship between our bodies and minds influence our emotional well-being. She understands that every client is different and works collaboratively, adapting her approach to individual needs, circumstances and goals.
Alongside her psychotherapy training, Sabine brings many years of professional experience supporting sensitive conversations with people from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities. She believes in the potential of every person to flourish in their own way. For her, therapy can be a catalyst for better self-understanding and new ways of relating to oneself and others.
Sabine is a registered student member of both the BACP and UKCP and is currently studying for an MProf in Psychotherapy (Integrative Pathway). She can offer psychotherapy in both English and German.
